Document Management
Knox & Ross Law Group believes in the philosophy of working towards a paperless office environment. This policy help control costs that are passed along to the client, and allows our attorneys to provide services in a more efficient, cost-effective manner. As such, we try to minimize the physical footprint of paper client files; consequently, all client files are scanned to and maintained on a secure, cloud-based, document management platform. In regard to physical documentation provided by our clients, our attorneys prefer to receive photocopies rather than originals, unless possession of original documents is necessary to the representation.
Security & Encryption
